CliftonStrengths is a powerful assessment tool developed by Gallup that helps you discover your unique patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. These “talent themes” — like Strategic, Achiever, or Empathy — show you how you naturally operate at your best.

Unlike personality tests that put people in a box, CliftonStrengths identifies innate potential and gives your team a shared language to understand, communicate, and collaborate more effectively.

How It Works

1. Discovery:

We start with a conversation about your team — where you are, what's working, what isn't, and what you're hoping to walk away with.

2. Custom Proposal:

Based on your goals, I'll put together a proposal that outlines the format, focus, and investment. Workshops can be a single session or a series. Virtual or in-person. For a team of 10 or a team of 200.

3. The Work:

We show up, we dig in, and we make it worth your team's time. No generic slide decks. No one-size-fits-all content.

4. Debrief & Next Steps:

FAQs

What size teams do you work with?

Workshops can be designed for teams of 20 up to 500. The format adapts to your group — what works for a team of 25 looks different than a company-wide event for 300.


How long are the workshops?

It depends on your goals. A single focused session can be as short as one hour, and a series can run several weeks. We figure that out together during the proposal process.


Virtual or in-person?

Both. Virtual delivery works great for distributed teams. In-person is available in NJ/NY and for travel engagements.


Does my team need to have taken CliftonStrengths already?

Nope. If they haven't, we can build the assessment into the program. If they have but haven't done anything with it — honestly, that's where I do some of my best work.


Who is this NOT a good fit for?

C-suite and executive teams, individuals (we're team-focused here), and businesses still in the early build phase who need foundational HR systems first. If that sounds like you, the HR Consulting pathway is where we'd start.


What if I have a specific team challenge that isn't listed here?
